Who is eligible to use LoansCafe to apply for a loan?

In general, Indian citizens between the ages of 21 and 60 (or at loan maturity age, depending on the lender) are eligible to apply. You should be able to meet the lender’s debt-to-income requirements, have a steady income (whether self-employed or salaried), and have a good credit history. For instance, a lot of lenders demand that applicants be Indian citizens, have steady work or business, and meet certain requirements regarding minimum age and work/business experience.

The minimum age at application is typically around 21, and the maximum age at loan maturity is typically 60 years old (or retirement age) for salaried applicants, though specifics vary by lender.

In agreement. One of the main requirements for eligibility is a steady income. Depending on location, employer, and loan amount, many lenders require a minimum net monthly income for salaried individuals (e.g., ₹ 20,000 to ₹ 25,000 in smaller cities, higher in metro areas). Requirements for self-employed applicants are frequently outlined in terms of documented income, annual turnover or profit, and business vintage.

How can I join LoansCafe as a partner?

You must fill out our Partner Application form on the website with your basic information in order to join LoansCafe as a partner. Once your submission has been received and reviewed, our Partnerships team will contact you to discuss the necessary next steps, which usually include technical integration planning, contract signing, and document verification.

Your company’s legal status and registration, your ability to find and handle clients, your technological prowess (for platform or API integration), your adherence to lending regulations, and your alignment with our service standards are all factors that we consider when choosing partners. (Bank-partnership programs and fintech use similar frameworks.)

What kind of technical support is available if I face issues?

Email and ticket-based support with a specified SLA, access to our development team for complicated problems, recurring review calls, and integration health monitoring are all examples of technical support. You can report high-priority issues to a specific engineering liaison.

Following submission, you will receive the following important status updates: “Application submitted,” “Under verification,” “Sanctioned,” and “Disbursed”. Updates are sent by SMS or email. To check the status, you can also sign into your LoansCafe account, if you have one.
